Nutropia plans to invest 20 million USD to develop a vertically integrated broiler farm and poultry feed production plants.
Annual capacity of the broiler farm is approximately 24000 tonnes of chicken meat with whole frozen broilers, fresh broilers, and cut - up fresh. Building will be in four stages and will initially start with an annual capacity of 4700 tonnes of chicken meat.
Nutropia Poultry & Feed will have an installed feed mill to be added during the second stage of building. Feed will be used for in-house needs and will also be sold in the market.
Location
Nutropia is currently finalizing land acquisition of 25 Ha in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia.
